Thank You & Shower Snippets

I just wanted to thank everyone for their prayers and kind words regarding the passing of my Mother.

I know she is no longer battling with her earthly struggles and that brings me peace.

So thank you.

I went back to work this week.

I'm hoping that coaxs lil Josephine to come in about 3 weeks rather than 5...

We had my baby shower on Saturday! Here are just a few lil snippets!

My SIL Kendra, Rachel, and my step mom, Annie and my MIL Yvieta.

   

My SIL, Kendra made my shower cake... It was INCREDIBLE...

I found the design on a wedding blog so she just altered the colors!

How cute are those lil birds!

Farewell...

She's Gone.

My aunt wrote her obituary.

Susan M. Kelly, 57, formerly Susan Hoffecker and a former resident of  Shavertown, Dallas and Harvey's Lake, Pa., passed away on Monday, February 9,2009 in West Palm Beach, Fl. Susan resided in the "Valley" until 1991 when she moved to Delray Beach, Fl.
Susan graduated from Dallas Senior High School in 1969 and attended Luzerne County Community College. She married Bill Kelly in 1973 and they were married for 20 some years.She had 2 beautiful childen. Susan's purpose in life was to be a teacher. Not a teacher in the book sense but a teacher of life's consequences. Susan was an active alcoholic till the day she died from the disease. She struggled in life not only with the alcohol demons but with herself. She tried in her own way to let the demons go but was unable to. She attended AA meetings, she went thru rehabilitation but the disease of denial and alcohol had a strong hold on her. It is a shame to not understand the disease and the despair that some continually go thru. It is a curse.
Susan was a beautiful woman who had a heart of gold and always a friendly smile. If you were fortunate to meet her in her journey you would not know the pain that she carried inside her. If you were one of the few who really knew her, you would feel her pain. She was fun, full of laughter and antics. She knew how to be a friend to you,even with everything that she was going thru in her life's struggles. Please remember her fondly as she would do the same for you because her heart was huge and never had a disparaging word to speak of anyone. She will be missed dearly. Her father, Charles Hoffecker preceded her in death in 1990.
Susan is survived by her children, daughter Amber Kelly Ulmer and husband Josh and her first unborn grandchild, Josephine, her son Keegan Kelly, and her ex-husband Bill Kelly all of Nashville, Tn. She is also survived by her mother, Mary Hoffecker, Delray Beach, Fl., brother Chip Hoffecker, Pompano Beach, Fl and sister Lori Hoffecker White, Delray Beach, Fl along with 2 nephews, Michael and Jarrod White and 2 nieces Nicole and Eva Hoffecker,also many Aunts,Uncles and cousins.
Please pray for her soul.Donations can be made in her honour to Hospice of Palm Beach County.
A memorial service will be held at a later date and interment will be at Pine Grove Cemetary in Tobyhanna, Pa.

Also, I am on bedrest. I have been on bedrest for the past week and will be on it for about another 1.5 weeks we think. I have another appt next Thursday.
Just til I get to 35 weeks we hope. I was showing signs of pre-labor so it's precautionary so lil Josephine stays put until at least 35 weeks.
She could decide to stay til 40 weeks, who knows. I was already making some labor changes so we are just taking it easy to make sure she stays put for a few more weeks at least.

We had a great weekend!

The nursery is painted! The furniture is just about all painted!

Now just to put it all back together again!

We had a sweet lil photo session Sunday. Will share that soon. 

Im definitely sore from that today. My back is killing me. I am carrying all my "baby weight" in my belly so the pressure it's putting on my back definitely takes a toll on me... especially when I get on the floor and try to keep up with & photograph a 17 month old lil girl. Bad move Amber.

So Im slowing down. We have one more photo session this month in 3 weeks. A 4 month old. So the amount of movement I'll be doing will definitely be a lot less. Thank goodness.

I think that is all for this Monday.

Im pretty tired today from the session so Im just going to be chillen out tonight.

For our childbirthing class tomorrow, we tour Vanderbilt Hospital and find out all the details about the birth process there.
